November 4, 2022, O.E. DuRANT out of Wilmington, NC acquired Coleman Supply Company in Charleston, SC. Coleman Supply has been a partner of ours for years and has a great reputation in the maritime industry. We believe this adds significant experience and capabilities to O.E. DuRANT and its current service lines as well as, extends our geographic service area. More importantly, if you are currently a Coleman Supply customer, you will continue to be serviced by the same experienced and dedicated team you have been accustomed to over the years.

As you may know, O.E. DuRANT is part of the Moran Towing Corp. This acquisition adds to the marine services that the Moran Towing organization offers in the Port of Charleston. Our organization can service you in many ways. We have specialized environmental and response services offered through Moran Environmental Recovery, commercial diving services through Mainstream Commercial Diving, and teams on the water 24/7 providing line handling services to many facilities and piers in the port, combined we are a full-service maritime support organization.
